Perfect for Salads
The Aguadulce Supersimonia broad bean is a tall, vigorous plant. Very long pod (about 35 cm), slightly arched, bright green, with 7/9 large grains, large, light green seed, with the presence of tannin and black hilum outline. Medium early variety, matures in 125 days.
RIPENING TIME: medium, 130 days after sowing.
CULTURE: open field.
PLANT: 100 cm high, vigorous, with erect stem, greyish green leaves, white flower. Pod: 25-35 cm long, slender with pendulous posture, medium green color. Contains 7-8 very tender, large, flattened seeds, green in color, fairly spaced.
SOWING: autumn, winter.
