The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the User (hereafter referred to as You) and the Hydroponics Web Store (hereafter referred to as We) belonging to the company Player srl situated in Rome – 00138 - Via Bolognola,30. Both parties accept these conditions unreservedly. These general conditions of sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written prior dispensation. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale, having read them. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and Hydroponics Web Store as they have been designed to protect your rights as a valued customer and to protect our rights as a business and to create an understanding between us.
There are 2 different ways of placing an order:
- by Internet on our website: www.hydroponics.eu (24 hours a day and 7 days a week)
- by e-mail: email@example.com (24 hours a day and 7 days a week)
The ordering process consists of four easy steps. Once you have chosen the products you would like to buy and have confirmed your country and method of payment, you must: - log in; - or create a new account if you are a new customer.
-Once you have confirmed the order you must pay the order, which legally finalizes the purchase agreement made with Hydroponics Web Store.
3. Product information
Hydroponics Web Store takes great care when putting information on-line with respect to the essential characteristics of our products, notably with respect to the technical descriptions emanating from our partners and suppliers and the photographs illustrating the products; this however, within the technical limits that exist and with respect for the best standards on the market.
All the accessories contained in the bundles sold by Hydroponics Web Store are compatible brand accessories and not manufacturer’s brands. Please note that some products' instruction manuals do not come in English. Most products come with 2 o 3 pin plugs, adapters from European to any others plugs are not supplied with your order.
The prices indicated on the Site are in Euros and do not include delivery. The possible delivery costs are indicated for the User during the product selection and are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but will apply the current rates as indicated to you on the site at the time the order was placed.
Please note that we will honor your order while stock is available.
In the event where one of the products ordered is not in stock, we will contact you in less than 15 days as of your order date to inform you how long it will be before we are able to deliver the product.
If there are certain products that are temporarily unavailable, we can send the available products and will pay the shipping fees for the rest of the order. We can offer you a replacement for an unavailable product, a product of equal price and quality. If you choose to refuse, we can reimburse the unavailable product.
6. Delivery methods
Hydroponics Web Store offers 1 method of delivery: Express delivery
This method of delivery allows you to receive your package in 2 to 3 days with DHL. When you place your order before 10 am, it will be handled the on same day if the product was indicated as being in stock on the site. The shipping fees for this option will depend on the articles selected. If you choose this method of delivery, payment upon delivery cannot be accepted. Please note that, DHL Express does not deliver on weekends. The shipping fees are free for orders over 150 euro’s*
*NOTE: Additional costs for shipment to islands and remote areas can be requested .Additional costs for shipment for orders exceeding standard weight can also be requested.
Hydroponics Web Store does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God. In the event where you do not receive your package in the indicated time frame, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim (ex.10 days with DHL ) You are responsible for any Tax, Duties, Custom, local tax at your side/country included transport from nearest Airport to your address. During this period, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
Upon reception of your order, we recommend that you verify your products with the order that you placed with us and if necessary, write any anomalies that may have occurred on the delivery voucher, not forgetting to sign it. Without prejudice and with respect to the applicable legal guarantees, we recommend that you address any reservations you may have pertaining to malfunctioning products or damage on the date of delivery as quickly as possible by e-mail( within 7 days): Hydroponics Web Store – firstname.lastname@example.org
We would like to inform you that a delay of 24 hours is possible for delivery of your order. In fact, for security reasons, all orders paid by bank card are verified by Hydroponics Web Store. Complementary information may be requested, or demanded, in order to validate your purchase. By consequence, and in trying to avoid any delay, when you place your order please enter the following: -a professional or paid-for e-mail address -a land line telephone number (work or home) where you can be reached at any time of the day Furthermore, for any order above the amount established by Hydroponics Web Store, a piece of ID as well as proof of address will be requested and should be sent via fax, Post, or e-mail. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, these measures are taken to protect our clients from possible fraud associated with credit cards.
7. Secure payment and finanacial data treatment
Hydroponics Web Store guarantees the security of your payments, by encrypting the connection when transmitting information on the network. Please note that if your security department suspects fraud, we have the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons. Hydroponics Web Store offers 3 methods of payment: Credit card (Credit Card ), bank transfer, Paypal.
When you pay by credit card, your account will be debited when your order is forwarded, on condition that we have received pre- authorization from your account. If sufficient funds are not available, your order will not be taken into account. For payments made on-line by credit card, the “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) system of security is used, which allows for encrypting your banking information when on the network.
Financial data- the data inserted by our clients whilst acquiring with a credit card or using other financial data, is strictly censored and NOT memorized or registered in any way by our company.
Bank transfer payment: Your payment will be processed when your bank transfer is received. Once your payment is received we will dispatch your goods. The processing of off-line payments may take several days.
8. Right of Retraction -
Hydroponics Web Store allows you 15 working days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of retraction starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, following communicaion via email and recieval of your authorisation code . We advise that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary should they loose or damage the goods. Shipping fees and any others costs such as custom or tax, etc..remain the customer’s responsibility.
The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.). Any product that has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.
For reimbursements: -If the product is returned within 15 days of its delivery (the post mark being proof thereof), the User will be reimbursed by bank transfer if payment was made by bank transfer. If the User paid by credit card (via a bank card reader).If tests need to be carried out on the product, in the framework of the right of retraction, Hydroponics Web Store will do its best to reimburse the User as quickly as possible. This time period will depend on the nature of the technical tests performed by the After-Sales Service of your product’s manufacturer, for a maximum period of 4 weeks. The collection charge will be debited from your account at the same time as your purchase is refunded.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:- In “as new” condition, and- Complete, with any accessories and free gifts offered with it (and, if possible, the original box and packaging).
-Returns Policy- In the case of malfunction or exchange of a product, following communication via email at email@example.com and recieval of your authorisation code, the product must be returned and must undergo a technical inspection to identify the nature of the breakdown, to confirm that this does fall within the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty and that the product is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories. If the problem is not covered by the warranty, an estimate for repairs will be issued by the manufacturer. N.B Bulbs, nutrients and liquids fall under consumable products (except within the first 7 days of function after delivery)cannot be returned as per current D.L.
9. Commentary, criticism, communication
Any opinions left by Hydroponics Users are screened and moderated by the marketing team. If the comments infringe on the law or are inappropriate (abusive, publicity, defamation, insults, out of context commentary…), Hydroponics reserves the right to refuse it or to modify it.
10. Protection of personal data
Since the details you give us are essential for the processing and delivery of orders, for billing and for the establishment of warranty contracts, failure to provide these details will result in the cancellation of your order. By registering on the Site, you agree to provide us with sincere and true information as it concerns you.
Communicating false information is contrary to the present General Conditions as well as the conditions of use listed on the Site. Hydroponics Web Store is authorized to extract, handle and use information that concerns you. This information is the subject of computer processing. However, this does not apply to the data given at the moment of purchase with a credit card. It is protected data which is NOT registered or memorized with our company in any way.
You have the permanent right to access and rectify all the information that concerns you, in accordance with European texts. You can at any time make a request to Hydroponics Web Store to find out what personal information they have concerning you. You may at any time, and by request, modify this information.
If you accepted to receive our promotional e-mails when you registered on the Site, Hydroponics Web Store and its contractual partners may send you information concerning particular and occasional promotions. You may at any time request not to receive any further e-mails from us by mailing us. Only Hydroponics Web Store has information regarding you.
Hydroponics Web Store partners have been specially chosen by Hydroponics Web Store and are recognized for the quality of their products and services.
We would like to remind you that cookies record certain information stored on your hard drive. This information enables us to generate statistics based on data from visitors to our site and suggest products that might interest you according to the items that you selected when you previously visited the site. Before any information is recorded, an alert message will ask you whether you would like to enable cookies, and you may refuse if you wish. Cookies do not contain any confidential information about you.
11. Intellectual ownership
All the content on the Hydroponics Web Store site (illustrations, texts, names, brand names, images and videos) is the property of Hydroponics Web Store, its co-contractors or partners. Any partial or total reproduction of this content, by any means and on any support, is subject to prior and express authorization by Hydroponics Web Store. All information, content, files and software offered by our services is protected by Italian and International law concerning intellectual ownership and copyright. Hydroponics Web Store cannot give you the right to copy, display or distribute content that you do not have the intellectual rights to. All fraudulent use of this content that violates the rights held by a third party constitutes an offence of forgery, which is severely punished under the Intellectual Property Code. Hydroponics Web Store will not, under any circumstances, be held responsible if a user violates rights held by a third party through his activities on the site.
1) COURIER DELIVERY TIMES
Orders received and paid for (Credit Card or Paypal) by 2.00 pm on working days will be entrusted to the courier on the same day and delivered within 3-5 working days (excluding remote areas). Orders received and paid for after 2.00 pm will be entrusted to the courier on the working day following the date of the order. Hydroponics Webstore reserves the right to change the delivery times to the courier and is not responsible for any delays in delivery depending on the couriers.
2) FREE and INSURED SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER 150 €!
- For orders over € 150 shipping costs are free and insured within the European Union!*
- For orders of less than € 150 and weighing less than 3 kg, a rate of € 5.00 including VAT and insurance will be applied.
- For orders of less than € 150 and weighing more than 3 kg, a fee of € 10.00 including VAT and insurance will be applied.
Note: Bulky products - for some particularly large or heavy products, additional charges may apply.
*For countries such as Sweden, Norway, Finland custom duty tax of 60 EUR will be added to the order.
*Orders from the United Kingdom must be over 150 EUR value: custom will be paid locally Hydroponics offers free insurance coverage on shipped goods together with shipping.

What happens if the courier does not find me at home?
The goods are delivered to the address indicated in the order and in case of absence the following working day will pass, or will be deposited at the local logistics center. You will be left with the notice to contact the courier and arrange a second delivery on the day and time of your choice.
If you prefer, the goods can also be sent directly to the logistics branch in your area. This service has no additional costs, it can be requested by selecting the deposit stop box on the order form, remembering to indicate a telephone number.
