Blauberg Iso-Mix fans combine power and silence to offer you the ideal solution for your ventilation systems. Thanks to their innovative design and high-quality sound insulation, these mixed-flow fans guarantee high airflow and high pressure while maintaining incredibly quiet operation.
Ideal for:
- Supply and extract ventilation systems in various rooms with high quietness requirements.
- Ventilation ducts requiring high pressure, powerful air flow and low noise.
- Compatible with air ducts from Ø 100 mm to Ø 315 mm.
Key features:
- Extremely quiet: The painted steel casing is filled internally with a 50 mm mineral wool heat-insulating and sound-absorbing layer. The special perforation inside the casing and the sound-absorbing material are designed for broad frequency sound absorption.
- Highperformance: High-quality plastic mixed-flow impeller, diffuser, specially profiled impeller and directional vanes provide high performance and powerful pressure, combined with quiet operation.
- Efficient motor: High-efficiency single-phase two-speed motor (three speeds for Iso-Mix 200) with low energy consumption and mounted on ball bearings. Protection against overheating thanks to integrated thermostats. IPX4 motor input protection.
- Convenient speed control: Speed selection with integrated speed switch (US option) or external multi-speed controller (accessory to be ordered separately). Continuous speed control can be achieved with an integrated speed controller (FR1 option), external thyristor or transformer speed controller (accessory to be ordered separately) when connected to the maximum speed terminal.
- Versatile installation: Thanks to its compact design, the fan is ideal for installation in confined spaces. Suitable for mounting in any section of the ventilation system, from the inlet to the end of the duct network. Wall or ceiling mounting with a special mounting plate on the fan housing.
