Mykos WP: A friendly mushroom that transforms your garden into a growing oasis.
Mykos® WP is the powdered form of Mykos, a natural and organic beneficial soil fungus. It creates a "sponge-like" mass that collects and stores nutrients and water, increasing a plant's ability to absorb both. This specific species of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi contains only Rhizophagus intraradices, formerly known as Glomus intraradices. Mykos does not contain other microbes like Trichoderma or ectomycorrhizae.
Benefits: Mykos WP is a beneficial soil microbe that enhances root structures by forming a symbiotic relationship with a host plant. Acting as an extension of the roots, Mykos increases the plant's ability to source nutrients and water more efficiently in exchange for carbohydrates. It can also increase crop yields and secondary metabolites.
Uses: Thoroughly mix with water and apply around the root zone of plants. Apply weekly during the vegetative and early flowering stages.
Compatibility: Mykos WP works in all types of growing media and can be used in combination with synthetic and natural fertilizers. It's great for vegetables, fruits, herbs, and flowers.

Mykos is a fast-growing, beneficial fungus that increases nutrient and water uptake by forming a symbiotic relationship with a plant's roots. Mykos is essential for breaking down, cycling, and retaining nutrients, as well as providing a frontline defense against environmental stresses, pathogens, and diseases. Mykos will continue to grow with your plants, becoming an extension of the roots and providing greater efficiency and sustainability. With a larger and healthier root system, plants have the opportunity to increase crop yields and secondary metabolites.
Mykos works quickly and creates strong roots in 95% of common plants. Mykos is a single species of endomycorrhizal fungi, Rhizophagus intraradices, eliminating any type of root competition. Why only endomycorrhizae? Ectomycorrhizae have no beneficial effect on vegetables, fruits, flowers, and herbs.
Mykos helps new plantings reduce transplant shock by stimulating new root growth. Mykos forms hyphae that increase root mass, resulting in greater absorption of nutrients and moisture. The fungal network can transport nutrients over long distances and deliver them directly into the root cell. Plants supply Mykos with energy in the form of carbohydrates produced during photosynthesis. Individual plants can become connected with other plants through this mycorrhizal network, sharing nutrients, sugars, and water, as well as attracting more soil microbes.
Mykos protects your plants from drought and heat stress. As well as keeping harmful pathogens from making root contact. Mykos can also improve soil structure in both clay and sandy soils. Mykos also helps break down organic compounds and convert them into plant-available plant food.
Mykos WP Application: Thoroughly mix with water and apply around the root zone of plants (hand water or add to reservoir). Keep the reservoir well oxygenated. Use immediately after mixing. Apply weekly.
