pHep®4 pH/Temperature Tester

Portable Multiparameter Instrument

^pHep®4is a watertight pH tester with 0.1 pH resolution and ±0.1 pH accuracy. It is equipped with many advanced functions found in more expensive portable instruments. One or two-point calibration is automatic using two sets of standard solutions (4.01, 7.01 and 10.01 or 4.01, 6.86, and 9.18). ^pHep®4is also equipped with a replaceable electrode with a round stainless steel connector. This electrode has no pins to align that could break or bend. The HI73127 replaceable pH electrode has a removable fibre junction. This type of junction can be renewed by pulling it out about 3 mm (1/8") and allows the elimination of any occlusions and improves the response time and stability of the measurement.

Stability Indicator

• The instrument displays an indicator (clock) that disappears when the measurement is stable.

HOLD button

• Holds the measurement on the display so that it can be recorded.

BEPS (Battery Error Prevention System)

• The instrument automatically switches off if the battery is not charged enough to make accurate measurements.
