Pro7, is a new line of potting soils produced by Jiffy that provides optimal conditions for growing short-cycle and fast-growing plants. Through research, it was developed considering several variables that affect cultivation. PRO7 LIGHT MIX is a natural, clean, lightweight potting soil composed of enriched peat that provides complete control during cultivation. It differs from other substrates in that it uses the purest raw materials, meeting strict RHP standards, from Jiffy's modern mixing plant in Estonia. The combination of research and growing experience has resulted in the creation of a high-quality mixture, using black and white peat together with perlite, resulting in an open and light substrate, typical of PRO7 quality products. This potting soil provides an excellent air/water ratio, ensuring optimal drainage and creating porosity that is ideal for a variety of growing methods. All Jiffy products use certified, clean raw materials that are completely free of pests and diseases, ensuring a reliable professional compost not found in substrates of inferior quality. PRO7 Lightmix is designed to promote strong and rapid rooting due to its low EC value and optimal air to water ratio. It is pre-fertilized for one week to quickly initiate microbial life and build plant strength and resilience. This potting soil can be used in all stages of plant growth, including rooting, growing and flowering, both indoors and outdoors, with hand or automatic watering systems. contains a minimum amount of nutrients preset for an EC of ±0.5, along with trace elements and lime, which stimulate life activity and act as catalysts for root development. The presence of trace elements and chelates ensures that plants receive exactly what they need in the first week, providing a perfect base for further fertilizing according to individual needs. The pH of the potting soil is set at 5.8, which is optimal for nutrient availability to plants. The special peat mixture used produces a self-regulating system, minimizing pH fluctuations.
