EC-PWM silent extractor fans for grow boxes with a 10-speed controller

The AC Infinity CLOUDLINE PRO S series comprises in-line centrifugal extractor fans designed for ventilating grow boxes, indoor greenhouses and cultivation environments. Available in various sizes and flow rates, these extractors combine an EC motor with PWM control, a mixed-flow ventilation system and a wired 10-speed controller. The technology used allows the air exchange rate to be adjusted whilst minimising noise, energy consumption and heat generation, whilst compatibility with the AC Infinity UIS™ ecosystem enables the extractors to be integrated into automated climate control systems.

EC-PWM motor and quiet ventilation for indoor cultivation

The CLOUDLINE PRO S extractors use electronically commutated EC motors regulated via PWM technology, which allows for precise control of rotational speed and maintains smooth operation even at low speeds. Compared to traditional AC motors, this technology reduces energy consumption and noise levels during ventilation adjustment. The mixed-flow system , featuring stator blades and hydrodynamic air-guidance channels, is designed to generate high static pressure, which is useful in extraction systems fitted with carbon filters, flexible ducts and fittings that restrict airflow.

The motor unit is fitted with double ball bearings, designed for prolonged operation and to allow for different installation orientations. The compact design makes it easy to position the extractor fan inside or outside grow boxes, whilst the removable motor housing allows access to the internal components for regular cleaning. The IP44 rating provides protection against foreign objects and water splashes, provided the environmental conditions and installation guidelines specified by the manufacturer are adhered to.

10-speed controller and compatibility with the UIS system

Every extractor fan in the CLOUDLINE PRO S series includes a wired speed controller with 10 speed settings and on/off control. The speed can be set manually to adapt the air exchange rate to the environment’s requirements, balancing airflow and noise levels. The controller features a memory function that automatically restores the last setting used following a power cut.

Thanks to compatibility with the AC Infinity UIS™ ecosystem, the extractor fans can be connected to optional smart controllers to expand climate control functionality. Depending on the controller used, it is possible to programme the ventilation operation, automatically adjust the speed in response to temperature and humidity, and control the devices via an app. The system also allows extraction to be coordinated with other UIS-compatible equipment, such as circulation fans and climate control devices. Installation and accessories included in the CLOUDLINE PRO S series

AC Infinity CLOUDLINE PRO S extractor fans are supplied with a wired speed controller and the necessary accessories for mounting and connecting to ventilation ducts. The package includes hose clamps, suspension straps, cable management brackets and fixing elements. The electrical and UIS connections required for the system to operate are also included. The dimensions of the accessories depend on the model selected, whilst activated carbon filters, ventilation ducts and advanced smart controllers are available separately.
