This 315W 4200K 240V CMH lamp, a pulse lamp, is designed for use with the Lumatek 315W CMH electronic ballast and is manufactured using high quality ceramic arc tube technology and a specific gas mixture for the horticulture that creates an optimal spectral output for healthy growing plants. CMH technology creates high-energy PAR / PPF levels with low full spectrum heat that is closer to sunlight and produces healthier plant growth and higher yield. With a CRI (color rendering index)> 90%, CMH is perfect for growing high quality products and for extracting essential oils. Lumatek 315W Ceramic Metal Halide lamps (also known as CMH / CDM / LEC) are available in 4200K Daylight and 3100K Agro formats. The PCA ceramic arc tube allows the lamp to operate at higher internal temperatures, increasing color rendering, yield and efficiency. PCA resists interaction with chemicals within the tube which stabilizes the chemical mixture throughout the life of the lamp, thereby improving color consistency and maintaining PAR / PPF level. Pulse start technology enables faster start-up and re-ignition times, longer lamp life, and improved lumen maintenance.
