The timer box by GSE is used to switch several inductive loads such as high-pressure vapour lamps with a high inrush current to switch ON and OFF at the same time. The timer box 4 has a digital display that is based on a 24 hour mechanical timer. With an encoder button left-right and press, It's an easy way setting the clock even faster than a mechanical timer. 48 segments show current time, the programmed duration, the day counter as the room temperature at a glance.

The clock has a 12h or 18h cycle preprogrammed, a user-defined time hours/minutes can be set. The clock has a day counter and a temperature probe for an emergency stop in case of overheating to protect your plants. The Power LED will indicate an emergency stop after your later return. In addition to the on-off function especially for inductive loads, the Timer Box 4 has a 0-10V or PWM output for dimmable e-ballasts or LED lamps. This signal dims the lamps when the temperature rises, or functions such as sunrise/sunset are possible. When the lamps are switched off, a heating socket is switched on. (Power management).
There are two ways to switch the current state manually to ON/OFF . First infinitive for ever, the second until the next cycle. This will avoid forgetting to return the time to automatic mode when you leave the Growroom and do some damage to your plants.
In case of a power loss, an internal battery will keep all your settings and the current time. (Battery life time of 10 years)
The timer box comes as a finished part and is ready to use. This reliable switch box comes complete with a sealed IP54 cover (Protection class offers protection against splashing water from all sides), plugs with flap-lids and a low voltage temperature sensor making it perfect for wet rooms. The timer box is supplied with two 1.2m power cords and a 4 meter sensor cable. This can be extended up to 10 meters if required.
