Continuous monitoring and measurement system for Ec and pH

ProSystem Aqua's pH & Ec Plus controller is a continuous control and measurement system for Ec and pH in water tanks, as well as controlling the recirculation pump, irrigation pump and water temperature and automatic tank filling. Each pump is independently and proportionally adjustable, with a flow rate of 0-4 L/hour.

It has installed two independent irrigation controllers, one for the recirculation pump and the other for the irrigation pump. It incorporates temperature control to connect the water cooling or heating system, controlled on a water temperature display. It also performs automatic water filling via a level probe that activates the filling solenoid valve installed in the panel.

Functionality: hydroponics, aquaponics, seedbeds, vertical gardens, back gardens, garden centres, aquariums and grow shops. Primarily, in any installation where Ec and pH regulation of the water is required.

How the ProSystem Aqua pH & EC Plus Controller works

1. Download instructions
2. Switching on the controller
   Once the panel is installed and connected to the power supply, we will proceed with programming the pH controller:
   
   - Set the value we want in the water
   - Set the working mode: pH Down (Acidic) or pH Up (Alkaline)
   - Proceed to calibration
   - Adjust the pH pump flow proportionally
   
   Programming the EC controller
   
   - Set the EC value we want to achieve in the water in the controller
   - Programme temperature compensation, time alarm and air alarm
   - Proceed to calibration
   - Adjust proportional flow rates of pumps A and B
   
   
3. Water recirculation
   Connect the water recirculation pump to the controller and program the times and sequences we want
4. Irrigation system
   Connect the watering pump to the controller and program the times and sequences we want
5. Automatic water filling system
   Install the level probe in the water tank to indicate the maximum and minimum water level in the tank
6. Temperature control
   Connect the cooling or heating system to the controller and set the desired temperature in the water
7. Conductivity and pH measurement
   Ec and pH probes measure the conductivity and pH value in the water tank which are shown on the display of each controller
8. Fertiliser suction and pH controller
   Controllers suck in product through the suction filter for pH and EC adjustment
9. Fertiliser injection
   The controller doses the fertiliser, through the injection valve of the manifold, until the EC value we have programmed in the controller is reached in the water tank
10. Injection of pH controller
    Once the EC is stabilised, the controller doses the pH adjuster, through the injection valve of the manifold, until it reaches the pH value we have programmed in the controller in the water tank

3-pump model version, for users of bi-component fertilisers (e.g. A+B).
