2 Cooling possibilities
WATER COOLING - Integrated
OptiClimate's REVOMAXII can cool the air using water as a cooling medium and heats it using ceramic heating elements. It has a pre-set water inlet and outlet. The inlet is connected to the water supply. Cold water is used to cool the air, raising the water temperature from 35°C to 50°C.
AIR COOLING
The OptiClimate REVOMAXII (with OptiClimate Split sold separately) air-cooled works on the same principle as the water-cooled design. The only difference is that the OptiClimate Split uses air as the coolant instead of water. The OptiClimate Split has an outdoor unit (split unit) that can be positioned at a maximum distance of 30 metres from the Revomax2.

The safest system
The RevomaxII system has all kinds of built-in protection mechanisms that ensure it is one of the safest climate systems on the market.
The integrated lightweight dust and carbon filter keeps the interior free of dust and so-called volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and absorbs annoying odours such as solvents, softeners, food and cooking odours, smoke and body odours. The dehumidification function also takes preventive care of mouldy odours caused by condensation.
Humidity is everywhere in the air and can have a negative effect on your health and crops. High humidity can be very harmful and can cause mould, rot, rust and a musty smell. Too much humidity can lead to dust mites and allergens. It is therefore essential for optimal indoor climate control to manage humidity. The RevomaxII helps you create the ideal environment in the most extreme circumstances.
The dehumidification function of all other (water-cooled) air conditioning systems on the market works in conjunction with cooling. During cooling, the air is automatically dehumidified due to condensation on the heat exchanger. If there is little heat in the air, the required temperature is quickly reached and the air conditioner stops cooling and thus dehumidifying. This results in high humidity. Compared to competitors, RevomaxII has the unique property of being able to continue dehumidification after the desired temperature has been reached.
Integrated temperature protection
The integrated temperature protection disconnects heat sources when a configured temperature protection value is exceeded. For example, when the water supply is blocked, the entire crop could be wasted.
Fireproof System
The RevomaxII is fireproof. All electrical components, including heating and connections, are contained within the steel housing.
Water leakage protection
An integrated water leakage sensor ensures that the water supply is cut off to prevent further damage. This can occur in the event of a broken pipe or connection or blocked sewer.
SMS alarm output
The RevomaxII has a potential-free alarm contact for connecting devices such as an SMS module. The Smart Remote, when connected to Wi-Fi or wired, allows you to receive alarms and alerts via e-mail.
Why it is the most efficient air conditioner
Super stable humidity. With RevomaxII, humidity will be within ±4%RH from the set point (fig 1). With the PRO4, the humidity fluctuation will be 20% and normal air conditioners cannot even control humidity.
Super stable room temperature. With RevomaxII, the temperature will be within ±0.2°C of the set point (Fig. 2). dehumidification.
Super stable output (supply) temperature. With RevomaxII, during night or daytime dehumidification, the output temperature will fluctuate by a maximum of 0.4°C (fig 3). The temperature oscillation of the PRO4 can be up to 40°C and up to 10°C depending on the internal temperature. For many applications and vegetable species this is very important. For example, with green vegetables such as lettuce and herbs, high output temperature fluctuations cause stressed plants. The more stable the outlet temperature, the lower the stress for the plants. Thanks to this new feature, the unit can now be used for a much wider variety of applications and plants.
These new features are made possible by our patented dual EEV (Electronic Expansion Valve) technology and intelligent software. We are the only supplier with this technology. This will take the RevomaxII to a new level of controllability, flexibility and precision.
RevomaxII units are also optimised for growing with LEDs. When growing with LEDs, the room temperature increases more slowly than with HID lights and photosynthesis will be less optimal. With RevomaxII, the room will be heated with the DC compressor in heating mode without the use of external electric heaters. In this way, the optimal temperature will be reached as quickly as possible and optimal photosynthesis will be achieved more quickly. During heating, the dehumidification process remains active to ensure that humidity is still controlled.
In addition to this, RevomaxII units will be supplied with a 7″ Smart Remote that can be connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi or cable. With this you can control RevomaxII remotely and receive alarms and alerts via e-mail.
