Lighting control unit with temperature sensor

The GSE 2-Channel Light Controller with display covers all basic needs. It has a 4-button keypad for navigation and programming.

Time-controlled start/stop, power reduction according to room temperature, minimum and maximum control range, emergency stop when the room gets hot accompanied by a recovery temperature, delay on re-ignition of HPS and MH lamps to avoid starting in hot bulb conditions. There are sunrise and sunset functions. In the secondary settings you can choose the LCD backlight behaviour, set the current time with 24-hour format, stet output signal from 0-10 V or PWM (pulse width modulation), change from °C to °F and languages. The lighting controller has 2 individual channels for 2 separate rooms.

The device is supplied with a 4 m long temperature cable for one channel. An adapter allows the output signal to be split to several connectors, terminal block, RJ11 (for different brands, more to follow). Screws and dowels for wall mounting.

How many lamps can you connect?

Depending on the lamps you have, we provide an output signal of 50 mA per channel, which should be able to connect at least >50 to infinite lights. If the light offers a PWM input, the cable length and the number of lights >1'000

Is the power supply required?

If the LED driver/ballast provides 2-wire signal-GND, then yes, and if the LED driver/ballast provides 3-wire signal-GND-VDC >10V then no power supply is required.

Not included in the package is the ballast/LED cable that connects to an RJ45 connector on the side of the light controller. This is usually supplied by the lamp or you can buy it in any household appliance or computer shop.
