Here are the precautions to follow:

• Do not scatter the seeds, but keep them all together in a pile.
  In winter, water the seeds in the morning and then drain the water well, keeping the sprout shelf tilted. Water the seeds in the evening only if they are dry, otherwise avoid an excess of humidity during the night, colder.
• Keep the package of seeds in the refrigerator, both before and after opening, for better conservation. Furthermore, the cold-hot thermal "shock" that the seeds undergo when they are soaked, gives them greater germination strength.
• Use the 3-level sprouting plant, with the net.
• Leek seeds germinate more easily when they are in "quantity"; we recommend germinating at least 25-30g of seeds together to get a good result.
