How it works:
The plants in the Cover Crop mix, once sown, develop an extensive root system that:
- Increases the porosity of the soil: Facilitating water drainage and aeration of the roots of other plants.
- Absorbs nutrients deeply: Preventing their leaching and making them available for subsequent crops.
- Produces biomass: Which, as it decomposes, enriches the soil with organic matter.
When to sow:
Sow the Cover Crop mix when the main plant has reached a height of 15-20 cm.
Dosage:
- 0.1 kg size: Sufficient for 50-60 litres of Supersoil.
- 0.2 kg size: Sufficient for 100-110 litres of Supersoil.
- 0.8 kg size: Sufficient for 400-450 litres of Supersoil.

- Vicia sativa: Fixes nitrogen and controls weeds.
- Secale cereale: Reduces nitrate leaching and controls weeds.
