Plagron Growmix is composed of the finest, carefully selected types of peat. By adding various types of fiber and perlite in a lightness and oxygen level you have come to expect only of Plagron quality potting soil. The abundant presence of unique Plagron worm humus guarantees a high biological life and a further improvement of water retention.
Growing in lightly fertilised biological soil means growing in 100% natural soil, a well-aired medium without disease organisms. Plagron was able to reach an air content in the Bio-soil substrate of 25% without using perlite. The lightly fertilised soil contains starter nutrients to enable plants to immediately begin their exuberant growth. After the successful start,Plagron advises to re-fertilise the plants with liquid fertiliser for an optimal result.
