Grow box with 2000D outer fabric, diamond-patterned Mylar and a reinforced frame
AC Infinity CLOUDLAB grow boxes are indoor growing tents designed to create a controlled environment, shielded from external light and fitted for the installation of lighting, ventilation and climate control systems. The range features an outer shell made from 2000D Oxford fabric, combined with highly reflective diamond-patterned Mylar inner walls and a steel support frame with 22mm reinforced tubular sections. Available in various sizes, the CLOUDLAB tents provide a dedicated space for growing in soil, coconut fibre or hydroponic systems, with openings for air exchange, access points for maintenance and provisions for mounting controllers and equipment.
2000D Oxford fabric and diamond-patterned lining
The CLOUDLAB grow boxes are lined with 2000D Oxford fabric, a high-density material that offers wear resistance and acts as a light-blocking barrier against light leakage. The thickness of the fabric, together with the reinforced seams and protective flaps along the zips, helps to minimise light leakage and keep the light and dark cycles separate. Inside, the walls are lined with diamond-patterned Mylar, designed to reflect and distribute the light emitted by the lamps, even towards the sides and bottom of the grow area. This configuration promotes a more uniform use of the available light without increasing the power of the lighting system.
22mm steel frame and reinforcements for suspended equipment
The frame of the AC Infinity CLOUDLAB grow boxes uses 22mm steel tubing, reinforced corner joints and top rails designed for suspending equipment. Compared to lightweight frames with smaller-diameter tubing, this configuration offers greater rigidity and stability during assembly and use. The metal coating protects the structural components from wear and tear, whilst the top crossbars allow you to organise the positioning of LED lights, extractor fans, carbon filters and other accessories. The load-bearing capacity depends on the model and the distribution of weight across the support points; it is therefore essential to adhere to the limits specified by the manufacturer and to check that all frame components are correctly assembled.
Ventilation openings and provision for climate control
CLOUDLAB grow boxes are designed for the integration of extraction, filtration and air circulation systems. The duct openings allow for the connection of in-line extractors, carbon filters and flexible hoses, whilst the adjustable seals help to minimise light leakage around the fittings. The mesh-covered air inlets allow for passive air intake, contributing to air exchange when combined with a correctly sized extraction system. The structure also features a steel plate for mounting controllers, with a concealed cable passage, allowing ventilation and environmental parameter control devices to be positioned externally.
The layout of the openings allows the airflow path to be adapted to the growbox’s configuration, reducing the need to modify the cladding or drill additional holes. Extractors, circulation fans and controllers can be selected according to the size of the grow tent, the wattage of the lamps and the cultivation system used. Unused openings can be closed off to limit light ingress and better control the airflow.
Accessibility and maintenance of the growbox during cultivation
The grow boxes in this series feature original SBS™ hinges and a main door with blackout flaps to facilitate access to the growing area. The inspection window allows you to observe the plants without fully opening the structure, thereby minimising fluctuations in temperature and humidity during checks. The waterproof, removable base tray collects any water spills, substrate residues and processing materials, making cleaning easier. A removable storage pocket also allows you to organise small tools and accessories used when tending to the plants. The collapsible design enables you to assemble and store the grow box in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
