Allows for high air circulation

Canna Expanded Clay is a porous substrate ideal for hydroponics. The clay has a diameter of 8-16 mm with a porous structure, which absorbs and releases water as required by the plant.

• It does not decompose and is sterilized by parasites and bacteria. It has a stabilized pH between 5.5 and 6.5: therefore ideal for hydroponic cultivation.
• Canna expanded clay are obtained from particular types of clay with a low rate of soluble salts, particularly suitable for cultivation in water recirculation systems.

How to use the Product:

• The product can be used for all forms of hydroculture
• Rinse first with water, in order to eliminate any dust present and thus avoid clogging the dripper
• It can also be used to improve soil drainage: just insert a 4 cm layer of expanded clay at the bottom of the pot
• It is advisable to switch to the administration of the Aqua Flores product (abandoning the Aqua Vega product) when the flowers begin to develop (generally after a period ranging from 1 to 3 weeks of 12 hours of light per day)
• The plastic packaging is 100% recyclable
